Doner kebab

Doner kebab - recipe

Before you start preparing Doner Kebab, you need to be patient and patient, because this is a rather laborious process, but the result will justify the effort.

Garlic and onion brush, chop and put into a saucepan. Pour in milk and olive oil, pour in the spices and mix everything thoroughly. Rinse the meat and cut into several large pieces. Put it in a pan with a mixture, cover with a food film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Then pour the marinade, put the pieces of meat tightly, and wrap them again in a film. Put them overnight in the freezer.

After that, tune the meat with thin plates and fry in a frying pan until done. Water, tomato puree and butter, combine, bring to a boil, add pepper and salt and simmer the sauce for 3-4 minutes.

Pide cut into cubes, warm it in a dry frying pan for a few minutes and lay it in a bowl. Pour on top with tomato sauce, then lay the meat and serve to a table with yogurt and if desired with fresh herbs. Pay attention that instead of Turkish bread you can use any other, the taste of this will not get worse.

Cut lamb into pieces, as for steaks and beat. Fold pieces of meat in a bowl, sprinkle with spices, pour in yogurt and olive oil and leave to marinate for 2 hours. Onion grind in a blender and mix with minced meat. Add tomato paste, spices, salt and pepper to them and blend well.

Take a rectangular shape, cover it with food film and lay on the bottom of the steak pieces, and on top of the mass of minced meat and onions. Strand the layers in this way until the food runs out, the main thing is that the last layer is made from the steak. Wrap it all in a film, tamp and put in the freezer for about a day.

After the due time, take out the meat, give a little defrost, then cut into thin pieces and fry in a pan till it is ready. Serve it with vegetables, as a filling for pita, or ordinary lavash.
