Fish with vegetables

It's good to serve fish with vegetables - it's a classic combination in different culinary traditions. How to cook this dish best? The methods can be most different. For example, you can put out the fish with vegetables in a deep frying pan or bake in a pan in the oven. You can, of course, separately fry, bake or boil fish for a couple and cook vegetables separately.

Fish fillets are washed, dried with a clean napkin and cut into small portions. Slightly adhere, pepper and pour the chopped dill. Put the pieces of fish on a greased baking sheet (or in a special form, glass or ceramic), each slice with a small amount of mayonnaise. We put in the already heated to an average temperature oven and we will bake for 20-25 minutes.

Prepare vegetables

Meanwhile, we will peel the onion and cut into thin short straws. We will clean the carrots and cut them with a knife as small as possible. Onions are quickly fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil. We remove the onions from the frying pan with a spatula and in the same oil we put out the carrots, reducing the fire. We shall extinguish minutes 5-8 under a cover. Lay the onion on a serving dish, the carrots on top of the onions. All the sprinkled with grated cheese, and on top we will lay out ready-made pieces of fish. Once more, we'll pour the cheese. We decorate with branches of greenery. As a side dish, you can serve boiled rice, stewed young string beans or boiled potatoes.

Fish with vegetables in the sleeve

Prepare fish, vegetables and spices. Let's cut the vegetables with large chunks. We will fish the fish and divide it on the fillet, and then - to large portions, sip and pepper. Mix mayonnaise with dry spices. We can smear fish and vegetables with mayonnaise, put it in the chef's sleeve. We will pack the sleeve with special clips or tie with cotton wet threads. Lay out the sleeve on the baking tray and place in an oven, heated to an average temperature, for 30-40 minutes. We will pull out the baking sheet by half, cut the packet with a knife from above and send it to the oven for another 10 minutes to brown it. We will lay out ready-made fish and vegetables and a sauce on the dish, which was obtained during the cooking process. Garnish with greenery.

Fish casserole

Delicious turns and casserole from fish with vegetables. Products will need about the same as in the previous recipe and in the same amount. Instead of mackerel, you can take cod or a hake. To prepare the casserole you need a shape, glass or ceramic. All products are cut a little finer, salted, greased with mayonnaise and layers to spread out into shape. Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with grated cheese and leave in the oven for another 10 minutes. You can do it in another way: cut small pieces of fish and vegetables can be mixed with boiled rice, add the egg, mix and pour into the mold.

Red fish with vegetables, too, is very delicious, if you cook it correctly. If you cook, for example, pink salmon, it is better to cut it on fillets, and then - to large portions and bake separately for 15-25 minutes. Vegetables and garnish should be prepared separately. Vegetables should be cooked or steamed, so as not to interrupt the noble taste of red fish. To a fish with vegetables it is good to submit white or pink table wines or beer.
