Exercise for the development of equilibrium number 1 . Stand up and lift your left leg, bending it in the knee. Move it to the right side and catch your foot on the other leg in the calf muscle area. Hands bent at the elbows, lift up, and then, start the left hand under the right, catching the thumb.

Exercise on balance №2 "Swallow" . Stand up and spread your arms in different directions. Breathing in, lean forward, while pulling your left leg back. Hands should also be turned back and kept level with the foot. Put your palms on the buttocks, which will allow you to feel the muscles. To complicate the exercise, bend even more, lifting your leg higher, and lower your arms down.
