Fish salt, pepper, roll in sesame and quickly fry in a hot frying pan on sesame oil. Tomato cut into circles and spread on a plate in a circle. Then cut the tuna into thin slices and lay out figuratively for tomatoes. Rukkola salt, pepper and season with olive oil. Spread in the center of the dish and water it all with honey sauce. A salad with tuna and tomato is ready.

Baked tuna

This dish can be made both from fresh tuna, and from frozen. Fish should be taken whole, gutted. Cut off the tail and cut the fins from the ridge and abdomen. All the fish need to get wet with napkins, both outside and inside, so that it is dry. We make cuts on the fish, we divide it into pieces, but do not cut it. All the fish are smeared with salt (and internal parts too) and in the cuts, we lay on a slice of lemon, previously sprinkled with a little sugar. We spread the whole fish with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper. We send in the fridge to pickle somewhere on the floor for an hour. Then we take it out, put it into the sleeve for baking (inside the sleeve, you can sprinkle a little vegetable oil). We bake a dish of tuna in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for about half an hour, and there look at the readiness. Baked tuna in the oven can be served to the table.

Snack with canned tuna

Ingredients:

We take a tomato, cut off the top and take out all the flesh. In this pulp, add finely chopped egg, tuna (preferably in its own juice) and mayonnaise. The filling is put back into the tomato and sprinkled with chopped herbs. A delicious and very simple dish of canned tuna is ready.
