How to cook cutlets from turkey?
Ingredients:
- turkey fillet - 1 kg;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- onion - 2 pieces;
- white bread - 300 g;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- milk - 50 ml;
- mayonnaise - 100 g;
- vegetable oil - 100 g;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
Loin the turkey fillet, a little dried and pass through a meat grinder with chilled onions and garlic. In a deep bowl, stir the minced meat, one egg, white bread crumb, soaked in milk, salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Whisk the remaining egg in a shallow bowl. Forcemeat, form cutlets, dip into egg and fry in a well-heated frying pan. Finished cutlets put in a baking dish, pour mayonnaise, mixed with sour cream and put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Finished cutlets put on a dish and if desired, sprinkle with chopped greens.
Cutlets from chicken and turkey
Ingredients:
- turkey breast - 500 g;
- chicken breast - 500 g;
- onion - 4 pieces;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- parsley - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- water - 1 item;
- soda - 0,5 tsp.
- nutmeg;
- crushed biscuits;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
Meat turkey and chicken through the meat grinder. Just pass through the meat grinder 3 bulbs, parsley and garlic. In the stuffing, add pepper, salt, nutmeg and eggs. Stir well. Put in the breadcrumbs and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Once again, mix everything well and add the soda. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the cutlets on both sides to a brownish crust. Fold them in a separate bowl.
Cutlets can be served with garnish from boiled potatoes. You can also make a creamy or tomato sauce, which adds to your dinner bright notes.
