Preparation
In a deep dish, mix half the milk with flour and eggs. Separately connect the second half of the milk with sugar. We put the mass on the fire and bring it to a boil. In boiling milk, very slowly pour the first mixture - milk with flour and eggs. Stir thoroughly and cook the cream until thick, constantly stirring. The cooking time is about 7 minutes. Then remove the mass from the fire, add the oil, stir and set to cool. And for the cream to freeze, it must be cleaned in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
- mascarpone - 250 g;
- powdered sugar - 100 g.

- cream 30% fat - 270 g;
- honey - 40 g.
Preparation
