When preparing the dessert, place the shortbread cookie in the bowl of the blender and turn it into a crumb. Then add the softened butter and punch it all together until it is evenly distributed among the crumbs. Then we cover the demountable form with parchment paper, lay out a sandy mass with oil in it and tamp it well. After that, we cover the form with a film and set it for a while in the refrigerator to freeze.

In the meantime, soak the instant gelatin in 150 ml of hot water and stir continuously until it dissolves completely. In the blender bowl we place the bananas, peeled and broken into fragments, and sprinkle them with lemon juice, leaving one tablespoon for decoration. We add also cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, we pour cream, leaving one tablespoon. We punch the mass to a uniform smooth state and, without stopping the work of the blender, pour in a small portion of the dissolved gelatin, also leaving one tablespoon.

We take out the form from the refrigerator with the base of the dessert, pour into it the prepared banana-curd mixture and again put it in the refrigerator for full congealing.

When the dessert is frozen, put the previously peeled banana from the top and cut it with lemon zest. Mix the lemon juice, cream and gelatin left over and pour the banana slices with the substance obtained so that they do not darken. Again put the dessert in the refrigerator for one hour and we can take it out of the form and enjoy.

Smooth the creamy butter in a bowl with sugar, add a little beaten eggs and whisk again until smooth. Now we enter preliminary sifted flour and baking powder and mix soft dough. We distribute it on the bottom of the oiled split form, forming the sides.
