Compote of apples: classic

Preparation:
However, you can prepare apple compote and completely without sugar, so it's even more useful. If you take more apples, then the compote will be more saturated. Freshly washed fresh apples are released from seeds and cores, cut into slices. We put the lobules into an enamel saucepan and fill it with cold water.
We put the pan without the lid on the fire and bring it to a boil. How many minutes to brew compote of apples? Immediately after a confident boil, stop the flow of fire and cover the pan with a lid. While the compote is cooling, it is infused. Now it's good to take apple slices, strain the compote (at this stage you can add sugar or honey) and chill. If you do not digest the apple slices, you can prepare a pie filling for them. To do this, cooked wedges should be thrown in a colander and roll in starch, mixed with cinnamon and sugar.

Compote for the winter
It is good to prepare compote of apples for the winter. You can also prepare and compotes of apples with other fruits, that is, roll assorted assorted.
For 1 liter of water, 4-5 apples, up to 200 grams of sugar. Apples (if compote-assorted, then other fruits) washed. Apples (pears and quinces) are cut into large slices, removing the cores. We remove the stone from the plum and apricots. Peaches are better to preserve altogether separately. Pour into the pan the right amount of water and bring to a boil. If we cook with sugar, then we dissolve the sugar in the boiling water completely. We put in the boiled prepared slices of apples (and other fruits). Bring to a boil, boil for 2 minutes, no more. We extract the fruit with a noise and put it into clean jars. Again bring the compote to a boil and pour it into the cans to the top. We roll the cans tightly with metal covers and set it upside down on an old blanket. We wrap it up and wait for a day. Now you can put cans with compote in the pantry.
