Such an interesting little thing in any case looks rather unusual and decorates even the most boring outfit. Of course, quality gizmos cost a lot of money, but because not all women of fashion "can afford". But do not be discouraged: to be on the crest of a fashionable wave will help your own hands. They will help create truly original collars of beads with their own hands. Well, we'll tell you how.
Master class "Collar of beads" - simple and easy
You can make a chic collar from beads in two ways - using or without weaving. The latter option seems simpler to us. Before you make a collar of beads with your own hands, stock up the following materials:
- a small cut of tissue;
- cut off the double;
- 1 m of satin ribbon;
- 22 bags of beads;
- beaded needle;
- threads selected for the color of beads and fabrics;
- pins;
- scissors.
- Using paper or cardboard patterns from the fabric, we cut out four parts of the future collar in pairs.
- We cut out the same details from the doublet. In both cases, do not forget about seam allowances.
- With the help of an iron we attach a doublet to the fabric, and then we connect them together with a machine seam.
- Cut off the satin ribbon in half, sew half of it to the narrow parts of the future collar.
- We sew the rest of the paired details to the collar, leaving holes for eversion. Sew a hole manually.
- Remained the most painstaking and monotonous work - decorating the collar with beads. To do this, thread 12 beads on the needle and sew the resulting arch to the base in a few stitches.
- By these turns we gradually coat the whole product.
- The junction of the collar parts can be decorated with a large beautiful button or brooch. However, this is not necessary.
Weaving of collars of beads: a bit more complicated
Luxuriously look collars, braided from beads . Such products can be fully used as a full-fledged decoration, they look so great. We propose to make one of the most simple collars with our own hands. Prepare for:
- faceted bead-bead in the amount of 188 pieces;
- line;
- metal rings;
- lock;
- chain;
- nippers;
- scissors.
- The scheme of weaving a collar from beads is quite simple - in a cross. Cut a fishing line 2 m long and dial 4 faceted bead-beads on it.
- Push the beads to the center of the line. Pull both ends of the line, drag them through one of the beads towards each other. You will get a simple element - a link of a cross.
- Next, add 3 more beads and drag the ends of the line to the opposite holes of one of the beads.
- In the same way, we weave 3 more links.
- Then, using the same collar scheme of beaded plaid, the second row starts adding beads to the upper bead of the link.
- Note that for 1 link of the second row adds three beads, and for the second link - only two.
- Further similarly we make three more rows, and in the last fifth row instead of 5 links we make only 4 to give a rounded shape.
- In the opposite direction from the bottom up we begin to weave a series of 5 links, the next - from 4 links and so on in decreasing order. So our collar will have a characteristic sharpened edge. The ends of the line should be taken out in one place and, having tied into a knot, be cut off.
- Further, in the upper corner of the round part of the article we weave a crosspiece in the form of a cross of 4 beads.
- A new neighboring cross will be the beginning of the second part of the collar. And the plait of her mirrored first half of the collar.
- It remains only to attach the chain. To do this, insert the pin and the ring into the extreme beads and bend it like in the photo.
- Attach a chain to the ring, divide it into two parts. The second part of the chain is attached to the opposite side of the collar.
- It remains to put on the ends of chains of locks.
