Let's look at a simple way how to cook a boiled pork in an aerogrill. So, garlic is cleaned and cut into large straws. We wash the meat, dry it with paper napkins, make a cut with the knife and cut garlic into it. Then rub the meat with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Foil fold the cross - in two layers glossy side up. In the center we put meat, sprinkle with mustard seeds and top with bay leaf. We wrap everything in foil, but not tightly. We transfer the bundle into a refractory capacity and pour a little water into it. Bake in this form in aerogrill for about two hours at a temperature of 180 degrees.
