Cod dishes with potatoes

The cheapness and universal taste of cod makes it possible to use it for preparing a wide variety of dishes. We prove this in this article.

Salad with cod and potatoes

Potatoes are carefully washed and cut into pieces, 0, 5 cm. We pour the pieces with olive oil and lay them on the baking tray in portions - one potato, the pieces of which are lapped one upon another. Salt and pepper the potatoes and bake at 210 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Now let's take care of the oil: in a bowl, mix soft butter, lemon zest, garlic, thyme and parsley. We put oil aside and go to the fish.

Cod fillets salt and pepper, spread on top of each piece on a teaspoon of fragrant butter. We put in the refrigerator until the potato is ready.

Once the potatoes are ready, spread the fillets on top of it and finish the dish with two slices of lemon. Return the casserole from the cod and potatoes to the oven and cook for another 15 minutes.

Serve a dish of cod on a warm plate, accompanied by a glass of white wine.
