Chicken soup with homemade noodles

The rich chicken soup in the company of home-made noodles is prepared for a relatively long time, but the result is always worth it. A hearty first dish will feed and warm you and your family, while remaining fairly affordable.

Place the chicken in a saucepan and fill it with water. As soon as the liquid comes to a boil, reduce heat and cook the bird for about an hour, while not forgetting to remove the foam from the surface of the broth. After the allotted time, the broth will be ready, and the bird can be disassembled, removing the flesh from the bones.

After cutting the vegetables, save them in vegetable oil, sprinkle with dried herbs and put them in the prepared broth. Cook the vegetables for 15-20 minutes, and in the meantime, cook the egg noodles. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and make a "well" in the center of the flour hill. Add the egg whipped with water and three egg yolks to the flour. Knead the elastic dough, roll it as thinly as possible and cut into noodles. Put fresh noodles in broth and cook for no more than 5 minutes. Serve chicken soup with homemade noodles, accompanied by a handful of fresh greens.

Put the whole chicken in a pan, pour water and leave the bird to cook over medium heat for about an hour, along with pieces of ginger and half of garlic. When the meat starts to move away from the bones, remove the carcass, separate the meat and return it to the broth. Slice the onion with thin half rings, save it together with slices of zucchini, and when the vegetables reach the semi-preparedness, pour them with soy sauce. Add the fried vegetables to the broth with chicken and leave everything to cook for the time of cooking the noodles. For the latter, knead the dough, combining the flour with vegetable oil and cool water, roll it and cut into thin noodles. Put the noodles in the boiling broth and cook for another couple of minutes.
