Chicken soup with cauliflower
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- cauliflower - 150 g;
- canned green peas - 500 g;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- water - 2 l;
- salt, pepper and greens - to taste.
Preparation
Chop the chicken into small pieces, put them in a saucepan, pour in water and cook over low heat, constantly removing the foam. 15 minutes after the beginning of the preparation, add to the broth the carrots, chopped and sliced with mugs, chopped cabbage, salt and pepper the soup. Cook it for another 20 minutes, and 5 minutes before the end of cooking, put in the green peas. Finish the dish on plates and sprinkle with chopped greens.
Recipe for chicken soup with cabbage

- white cabbage - 300 g;
- tomatoes - 200 g;
- fillet of chicken - 400 g;
- butter - 20 g;
- water - 2 l;
- parsley greens, salt and pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Cut the meat into pieces, pour water and cook. After the fillets become soft, add tomato juice, butter, chopped cabbage, salt and black pepper. Boil the soup until ready, and when serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
Chicken soup with broccoli cabbage
Ingredients:
- broccoli cabbage - 200 g;
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- onion - 1 piece;
- potatoes - 2 pieces;
- butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- chopped herbs of basil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt and black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Cut the meat into pieces, pour 1 liter of water and cook for 45 minutes. Broccoli wash, disassemble on inflorescences. Peel potatoes and carrots, and cut into cubes. With a bow, also remove the skin, finely chop it and fry it with carrots in butter until golden. In the boiling broth, add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, then send cabbage and onions with carrots, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. spill soup on plates and sprinkle with basil.
