Sometimes stir the mixture and remove the foam. As soon as the crystals dissolve, lay out the prepared cherry, gently mix, turn off the fire. Cover the container and leave for about a day.

At the end of time, rinse the lemon, dry it and cut into small cubes (without peeling off). Add it to the jam and cook for about another few minutes, then leave again. The next day, again, you need to boil a treat 15 minutes, throw a little vanillin and mix.

If you want to prepare a treat for the winter, then still boil it over the cans, roll it up and turn it over with a blanket until it cools down.

Rinse berries and dry. Spread on a towel and dry. Go for berries - leave for cooking solid, whole, without damage. Immediately proceed to cooking the syrup: sugar dissolve in water and wait until it boils. Stir frequently and intensively to prevent sugar from burning.

Syrup pour the berries. So they need to stand for several hours. Then put it on the fire and wait until it boils. The heat should be minimal so that the syrup does not boil actively. So berries do not lose their shape. Readiness is determined by the color of the sweet cherry, if the berry has become almost transparent - the jam is ready. At this point, add the juice of the whole lemon and vanilla. It balances the taste, gives a new fragrance and light acidity, so it will not be cloying. Cook another couple of minutes, set aside and hot pour on the jars.

How to make cherry jam with nuts?

This is a rather troublesome recipe, but no one forces you to force them into the whole store in the pantry. However, it is recommended to prepare a jar or two.

Nuts, of course you need to get rid of the shell, then pour the kernels with boiling water and set aside for a quarter of an hour. Water drain and remove the bitter shell completely with a small knife.

Berry pick, spoiled immediately you can throw. Remove the tails, rinse and gently remove the stone from each berry. You can use a special device to extract pits, but given that the white cherry is rather tender, it is better to use a hairpin in this case. Immerse it with a round end into the base of the stem, turn around and pick it up and gently remove the stone.

Now the most interesting. Broken quarts of walnut and place in the formed holes of each sweet cherry.

Now pour sugar in a saucepan, pour in water. Put on a minimal fire and cook the syrup, stirring intensively so that the sugar is not burnt. As soon as the crystals dissolve, place carefully into it berries stuffed with nuts, wait until it boils, remove the foam and set aside the saucepan. The vintage takes 3 hours to cool down, then return it to the fire again, adding the cores of cardamom.
