With the onset of spring, you want to quickly give up bored heavy food and discover a delicious diet menu. The first stone in the foundation of a healthy menu should be salads, for example, a salad with cucumber and carrots - cheap and very simple to prepare.
Salad with cabbage, carrots and cucumber
Ingredients:
For salad:
- cabbage - 1/2 head;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- celery - 2 stems;
- green onions - 3 feathers;
- cucumber - 1 piece;
- fresh basil - a bunch;
- avocados - 1 piece;
- canned beans - 1 1/2 tbsp.
For refueling:
- juice of 2 limes;
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Dried garlic - 1/2 tsp;
- black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Using shredder, cut the cabbage into thin straws. On a large grater we rub carrots, and cucumber and avocado cut into cubes. Celery is also ground with a knife or shredder. All the ingredients of the salad are mixed together with chopped herbs and beans. In a small bowl, whip the ingredients for refilling with a fork, or corolla. We fill the salad and immediately serve it to the table.
Salad with Korean carrots, chicken and cucumber
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 piece;
- fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
- Korean carrots - 150 g;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- vegetable oil - for frying;
- champignons - 3-4 pieces;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Chicken fillet boil until cooked in salted water, cool and break down into fibers. Mushrooms cut into plates and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and complete evaporation of moisture. - tomato - 1 piece;
- salad onion - 1 piece;
- boiled potatoes - 2 tubers;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- butter, lemon juice - to taste.
Preparation
