What can replace Bioparox?
A similar but less pronounced antiseptic effect is produced by the following drugs:

- Isophra;
- Faryngosept (tablets for resorption);
- Tantum Verde;
- Chlorophyllipt (solution and tablets);
- Gramidine (capsules for resorption).
Apparently, not all of them are produced in the form of a spray, but, from the listed names, each analogue is cheaper than Bioparox. The low price is due to the lack of antibiotic in the composition.
Bioparox or Geksoral - which is better?
The drug described is an antiseptic for topical application. The active substance of Hexorol is hexethidine. The component is characterized by a depressing effect on most gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, as well as antifungal, analgesic and deodorizing effect.
Contrary to popular belief, Geksoral is not a cheap analog of Bioparox, but its generic. This drug is recommended for use in inflammatory diseases of the mouth, bleeding gums or candidiasis as an aid in a comprehensive treatment regimen. Bioparox is an independent drug that does not require additional therapeutic measures.
Bioparox or Isofra - which is better?
This medication was developed on the basis of an aminoglycoside called Framicetin. The substance has a pronounced antimicrobial and antiseptic activity, and sensitivity to it I have almost all known Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. One of the obvious advantages of Isofra is the lack of development of resistance to the active component.
As shown by medical ENT practice, the effectiveness of the drug and Bioparox is almost identical. But an antibiotic can be used to treat infections of the throat, while Isofra is suitable exclusively for the therapy of inflammatory diseases of the maxillary sinuses (rhinitis, sinusitis, sinusitis) and mucous membranes of the nose.
Analog Bioparox Tantoum Verde
The presented medicine is produced both in the form of a liquid solution and in the form of tablets for resorption. The basis of the drug is benzidamine hydrochloride, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory component.
