We carefully wash the languages ​​and immerse them in the already boiling water on the cooker plate. Next, a nice salting everything and from the moment of boiling cook the contents of the pan for at least 3.5 hours. We let the languages ​​cool right in the water in which they were brewed, and then we get and clean their surface from the protective film. Both tongues are cut into two longitudinal parts and each of them is chopped in thin slices, which are then transferred to any heat-resistant shape.

With fresh, washed chanterelles we cut off the legs, and put the hats in a deep frying pan with the sunflower oil boiling in it. Sprinkle them with a little salt and fry until golden. Then we remove the mushrooms from the frying pan with the help of a noise so that the oil remains in it, and we place the chanterelles on top of the crushed tongues. On the remaining oil in a frying pan fry until golden grated carrot along with finely chopped onions and with the same noise we move the vegetables into the mold. Directly into the bowl with fat cream rub all the hard cheese, mix and pour everything onto the surface of the manned in the form of a dish, and then we put it in the oven heated up to 185 degrees and bake our yummy just 25 minutes.

According to the principle of the first proposed recipe, we boil the tongue and remove the skin from it after it has completely cooled down. Then cut it with 2-3 millimetric slices and arrange them according to the prepared deep form. With the same size and shape, grind the peeled potato tubers, but before you put it into shape, first distribute small cubes of chopped fresh fat, and afterwards - potatoes.

In a small deep bowl, combine fatty mayonnaise with a lightly sour cream. We mix them with each other and pour this delicate mixture into the mold with our dish. Now we cover all its open surface with grated "Russian" cheese grated on an average grater and put the shape in the center heated up to 190 degrees of the oven and somewhere in 50-55 minutes our magnificent dish will be ready.
