Rules for playing dominoes with two people

The game of dominoes belongs to the category of incredibly interesting and fascinating entertainments, for which a large number of people are not required. So, to play this game you can even paired with your son or daughter, and from this it does not lose its attractiveness at all.

Meanwhile, the rules of playing dominoes with a child are somewhat different from the version, when a group of children and adults of different ages play in this fun.

How correctly to play dominoes in pair?

Before the game, all the chips must be turned face down and mixed thoroughly. After this, each participant randomly pulls out of the total mass of 7 dominoes and puts them in front of him. The first move is made by the player who received the chip 6-6. If it does not have anyone, the holder of a double takes 5-5, 4-4 and so on in descending order.

In rare cases, it may turn out that both players do not have a single double. Under such circumstances, chips can be replaced, or the first move is made by the participant who has a domino in his arsenal with the maximum amount of points on it.

The next player puts this chip on the same number, which is depicted on it. If there is no opportunity to make a move, the participant must take one domino from the total mass. If it is suitable, it is necessary to make a move. Otherwise - skip it and transfer it to another player.

The winner of the party is the one who managed to get rid of all his dominoes faster. After this, points are counted - each player is awarded a score on the remaining bones in his hand. At the same time, if one of the participants has only one domino with a score of 0-0, he gets 25 points at once. If the game does not come out a double 6-6, its owner is awarded 50 points at a time. In the end, in the classical version of the pair dominoes, the one who first scores more than 100 points loses.

Often the domino party ends a little earlier - if a situation arises on the field called "fish". In this case, both players can not make a move, despite the fact that they have already used the "bazaar". In such circumstances, participants consider their points, but to the one who has received less, nothing is awarded, and the second records the difference between the points of the winner and the loser.

How to play Goat?

Much faster and funnier is the version of this game, called "goat". Playing this variant of a domino pair together is just as easy as in a classic one, however, it has some features. So, this game starts with the winner of 1-1, 2-2 and so on in increasing.

If there are no doubles in the hands of anyone, the first person who has a domino with the minimum sum of points on it is the one who walks first. Later the moves are carried out in exactly the same way as in the classical version, but in the event that one of the participants can not lay out the chip, he refers to the "bazaar" as many times as necessary in order to find the desired one.

Thus, for one move, any player can pick up the whole "bazaar", and the outcome of the game will be predetermined at the very beginning. Scoring for determining the winner and the loser in this case is similar.
