Usually, with an uncomplicated form of allergy, it is sufficient to exclude contact with the allergen. If the allergy occurs specifically on latex condoms, it is recommended to use later products from other materials or even to change the protective equipment. In more severe cases, drug therapy may be required, using:

- anti-inflammatory drugs;
- corticosteroids .
