Work in the first half of the day is most suitable for "larks". These people like to get up early, are very efficient in the mornings, and the peak of their maximum activity is at noon.

Work after lunch is ideal for "pigeons" and "owls". It is very hard for them to get up from work in the morning. For them the peak of working capacity falls on the second half of the day, for pigeons it is 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for owls it is 5-6 pm. The most difficult tasks are more effective at this time. Organization of activities taking into account the capabilities of the body will avoid fatigue and disruption in work. Often, life circumstances force a person to choose work unnaturally to his biorhythms. In this situation it is very difficult to organize yourself. The most common case is when a person "owl" goes to work early in the morning.

Techniques that will help you wake up quickly and "get in a rut"

  1. After awakening, massage your hands and feet.
  2. Do not get up at once from bed, lie down for a couple of minutes, doing simple exercises.
  3. Well rub your hands, as if foaming soap. Massage your joints, rub each finger and back of the brush.
  4. Foot massage. Finger your toes, then grasp the foot with your hands on the sides and warm it up and down well. After that, squeeze your hand into a fist and with your knuckles massage your feet from the fingers to the heel in a circular motion.
  5. Take a dip under the contrast shower. This is a great way to cheer up for a long time, especially necessary for people who have work from 6 - 7 in the morning. The technology is simple: turn on warm water, after two minutes switch to cold, for ten fifteen seconds. Adjust the water temperature at your own discretion.
  6. Correct breakfast. A healthy breakfast can energize before lunch, help the body to wake up. Avoid protein, fat and simple carbohydrates, it is better to leave them for later. Ideal for breakfast will be juice or coffee with milk, low-fat cheese, yogurt, honey, fruit, black bread or a serving of cereal.
  7. Be an optimist. Write a few phrases that can raise your spirits and strengthen your faith in yourself. Arrange the sheet with the phrase so that you immediately see it, coming to the workplace. When the phrase stops inspiring you, change it.
  8. Make up your own schedule for the current day. Think about what you will do and in what order. You can organize your time according to the biological clock:
    • from six to ten in the morning a good memorization, so it's useful to devote the morning to mastering new information;
    • after 11.00, stress resistance improves - the best time to resolve conflicts;
    • 12.00 rest and lunch time, there is a decline in mental activity;
    • after 15.00 working capacity increases;
    • 17.00 a good time for performances and promotions of new projects;
    • 23.00 mental activity at a minimum;
    • 24.00 an excellent time for creativity;
  9. 2.00-4.00 working capacity and quality of work are minimal.
