Therefore, the plant is successfully used as a cold remedy, for the treatment of abscesses and purulent wounds, for purifying blood and optimizing the work of the intestine, and the like. But besides the benefits and harm white onions can also bring. For example, it is contraindicated to peptic ulcers and people suffering from gastritis and kidney disease. Harmful white onions and hypertensive patients, because it helps increase blood pressure.
