Vareniki in the multivariate

How to make vareniki is known to each skilled hostess, but not everyone knows how to cook this traditional dish, without spending extra effort and time. And then the modern kitchen devices come to the rescue, in this case the multivar.

Lazy Vareniki in the Multivariate

Cooking lazy vareniki with cottage cheese in a multivark - a pleasure: kneaded dough, sliced, and the rest will make a kitchen assistant.

Ingredients:

Preparation

Cottage cheese is wiped through a sieve for greater uniformity and mixed with sugar and egg. In a homogeneous mass, add the sifted flour and knead it thoroughly. The amount of flour can vary depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese, so look at the dough itself: it will stop sticking to your hands - that means flour is enough. Prepared dough is divided into 2 parts, of which we roll sausage, 2-3 cm in diameter. Curd sausage is cut into "pentacles" of 0.5 cm in width, in the center of each we make a dent with a finger (in order to keep oil better).

Before boiling the vareniki in the multivark, boil the water and in the "paste" mode, we set the cooking time to 6 minutes. When lazy vareniki are ready, the multivarker will signal.

Preparation

Potatoes are cleaned, cut into quarters and boiled in a multivark in the "baking" mode, if there is none, then we use "cooking for a couple" or "quenching". While the potatoes are being cooked, in a frying pan we sink the bacon cut into cubes and fry the chopped onion on it. Ready potatoes we rub along with half a squash. In a deep bowl, mix the sifted flour, egg and water, knead the steep dough and roll it into a 1.5 mm thick layer. From the dough sheet cut out the circles in the center of which we spread the filling, we patch the edges and spread out into the boiling water of the multivark. We cook 6-7 minutes in the "baking" mode with the lid open, stirring occasionally. We serve ready dumplings with sour cream and the remaining cracklings.
