- cut of knitted fabric - 50 cm;

Prepare also scissors, thread in the tone of the fabric, a sheet of cardboard, a pencil, scissors and an elastic band. Again, in order to sew shorts for the boy, use his shorts to create a pattern.
- Fold the fabric in half, attach a pattern and cut it so that you have ready-made bootlegs for shorts.
- T-shirt is better to cut out in such a way that the bottom short falls on the already processed lower edge.
- Place both parts on each other with the wrong side and staple where there is a dashed line in the photo.
- Then fold the product in the other direction and stitch the inside of the shorts, that is, the crotch.
- Unbend the edge of the top of the shorts by 2-2.5 cm on the underside and work on the sewing machine. Leave a small hole to insert the rubber band.
