The turkey is thoroughly washed outside and inside, and then carefully wipe the bird with a paper towel. One orange is cut into quarters and we put them inside the turkey, along with the rosemary twigs. Next, we lubricate the prepared form for baking with the oil and transfer the carcass into it.

We melt separately the remaining creamy oil, cut one more orange in half and squeeze out the juice from one halve into a turkey. The second half is placed in the melted butter, which after that we miss the meat. Now cover the bird with foil and bake for about 2.5 hours in the oven, pouring fragrant orange oil every hour. 30 minutes before the readiness, carefully remove the foil in order that we formed a ruddy crust. A ready Christmas turkey, baked with oranges, is transferred to a beautiful dish and decorated at will with branches of rosemary.

Turkey with oranges in the multivark

Take the orange, cut it in half and squeeze out of it into a small container of juice. Then add the spices to it, mix it and add the processed turkey shanks to the resulting marinade for about 2.5 hours. Once the meat is marinated, take it out and abundantly missed sour cream from all sides. In a bowl multivarka pour vegetable oil and spread the shins. We set the program "Baking" and the time for about 1 hour. After the multivark is off, turn the turkey overturn and re-set the same mode. Approximately after 20-25 minutes add the marinade to the meat and wait for the ready signal.

The fillet of turkey is washed, dried with paper napkins, covered with food film and beat off carefully with a hammer. Then sprinkle the meat with salt and dried herbs. Oranges, remove the grated zest, and gently cut off the bitter white layer with a knife. One orange is shredded in thick circles, and from the second fruit, we cut out only the flesh and crush it in small cubes, removing all the bones as necessary. At the center of each beaten piece of meat we put on an orange mug and wrap the edges so that we get a neat "envelope".

Then each piece is wrapped in foil and baked at 180 degrees in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. And now we are preparing orange sauce . For this, the remaining orange pulp is wiped through a fine sieve, seasoned with salt, grated with orange peel and mixed. Pour the orange mixture into the saucepan and put it on a weak fire. Starch we dilute with a small amount of water, pour a thin trickle into the saucepan, constantly stirring. We keep sauce on fire until it thickens. Ready fillet of turkey, baked with oranges, put on a dish, poured hot sauce and served to the table.
