The creation of textile articles in the so-called primitive style has been popular for several years. Dolls Tildes are so cute and unusual that it is not possible to call their primitives the language. A similar technique can be used to create with their own hands from a tild-tulip fabric. We will need:
- fabric (colorful for buds and green for leaves and stems);
- filler (cotton wool, sintepon);
- scissors;
- needle, thread.
- MK on tailoring tulips-tilde from fabric we'll start with creating a pattern. Since all the details are primitive, drawing it on paper, and then transfer it to a fabric, it is not necessary. You can immediately make a pattern on the fabric. For one flower, we need to cut out two teardrop-shaped details for bud sewing, two details for the leaf and one piece for the stem.
- Now you can start stitching the parts. First, bend the stem in half, chop the edges with pins and stitch, leaving the hole unshielded on one side. Gently cut the excess fabric along the seam, but not very close to it, so that the seams do not part with the filling of the stem with cotton wool.
- Turn out the stem on the front side, check if the seams do not diverge, and then tighten it enough with cotton. Sew the edges.
- Pound the two pieces of the sheet with pins and stitch them along the contour, remembering to leave the hole. We recommend cutting off excess tissue with figured scissors, so that when turned out on the front side, the sheet does not crumple.
- Carefully remove the part on the front side, iron it. If the fabric you have chosen to make the leaf is loose, you can stitch the part along the contour.
- Sew two pieces of bud, turn out on the front side and fill with cotton. The hole is sewn by inserting a stem into it.
- Using a secret seam, attach a leaf to the flower, wrapping it around the stem. The tilde-tulip is ready.
- To create a beautiful bouquet of textile flowers, we recommend sewing 7-15 tulips. Flowers can be with buds of different colors or monochrome.
