Recipe for the simplest and delicious carrot cake at home
Ingredients:

- chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
- refined vegetable oil - 280 ml;
- wheat flour - 230 g;
- Vanillin - 2/3 of a spoon;
- baking powder - 2.5 teaspoons;
- ground cinnamon - 1,5 tsp.
- granulated sugar - 350 g;
- Chopped walnuts - 150 g;
- carrots (medium) - 4 pcs.
For cream:
- butter - 130 g;
- soft cream cheese - 300 g;
- powdered sugar - 320 g.
Preparation
Chicken eggs are separated from the shell, combine them with vegetable refined oil, fine granulated sugar and white whisk the mass with a mixer. Then, here we enter the flour with the baking powder, vanillin, ground cinnamon and again all the whisk is good. We rub carrots of sweet varieties on an average grater and, together with lightly chopped walnuts, put them in a bowl with a dough, with which we combine everything, mixing with a wooden spatula. The bottom and the walls of the mold are carefully lubricated with a soft piece of butter, and then we rub it with flour. In the prepared container we move the dough and expose it in the center of the oven heated to 185 degrees. For 40 minutes we bake a carrot cake for a cake.
Now, in one deep bowl, lay a soft creamy cheese lying about 30 minutes on the table and the same butter. We fall asleep with their powdered sugar and beat them up splendidly at medium speed with a mixer. We divide the well-cooled cake in two, apply the cream, cover it with the second one and cover the top and sides of our simplest carrot cake with the rest of the cream.
Recipe for the most delicious and simple chocolate biscuit cake
Ingredients:
For the test:
- wheat flour - 750 g;
- fine sugar - 250 g;
- cocoa - 2/3 items;
- baking powder - 1 packet;
- hydrated baking soda - 2 tsp;
- vegetable oil - 120 ml;
- Vanillin - 1 packet;
- eggs - 2 pcs.
For cream:
- sour cream (25%) - 550 g;
- fine sugar - 300 g;
- food thickener sour cream - 1 package.
Preparation
To the eggs separated from the shell, add dark cocoa, fine sugar, slaked soda, baking powder and carefully grind to uniformity with a spoon. We add vegetable oil and mix it in the mixture. We sift the flour of the highest grade directly into a bowl with all the ingredients, mix it until the flour balls are dissolved and pour half of it into a greased form. We send it to the heated oven to 180 degrees and bake the chocolate cake for 25 minutes. Then we also do the rest of the test.
To sour cream add the food thickener intended for it, fine sugar and beat the cream with a mixer in a lush, thick mass. Before use, cool the cream for about half an hour in the fridge, and then apply a thick layer on the chilled, beautiful, brown biscuits, of which we form the cake. The remaining creamy cream tightly fill the sides of the cake. We put it in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
