Nut biscuits

To tea, coffee, cocoa and other similar drinks sometimes you want something sweet, for example, cookies from nuts. You can, of course, buy a ready-made delicacy, but it's better to cook it yourself, because it's quite simple. At least in this case you will not have doubts about its composition.

Here are a few recipes for nut cookies. In the preparation of such baking, you can use different types of nuts.

Recipe for walnut cookies

Ingredients:

Walnuts crushed in any convenient way, but not too finely. For example, they can be ground in a special nutshop or combine, or put in a tight bag and roll out with a rolling pin, or chop with a knife.

Mix the butter of room temperature with sugar, cognac and vanilla and rub out. Add egg yolks and ground nuts. Thoroughly mix. Add the baking powder and gradually sift the flour. The dough can be mixed with a mixer at low speed, it should turn out to be gentle with a non-uniform texture.

We add oil to the pan (or spread it with oiled paper) and spread the balls of dough with a spoon (you can grind them). Bake at a temperature of about 200 degrees C for a minute 12-15 (best to navigate the experience of working with this oven). Ready cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or grated chocolate, but this is not necessary.

Chocolate-nut cookies without flour

Ingredients:

Almond and hazelnuts are comminuted separately in any convenient way. Chocolate, aged in a cool place (not less than 2 hours), we will grate on a grater. Mix with ground nuts.

Eggs vzobem with powdered sugar to a stable foam. Combine with the chocolate-nut paste, add the quenched soda, cognac, vanilla and mix thoroughly. We should have a soft and pliable dough with a heterogeneous texture.

With wet hands, form balls and flatten them into small cakes.

We put the lozenges on oiled baking paper or just on a greased baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes. Slightly cool and sprinkled with chocolate and nuts. So, the nut- chocolate biscuits are ready.

Oat-nut cookies with dried fruits

Ingredients:

Melt butter in a frying pan, pour oatmeal and nuts. Fry until light golden in color.

Move the butter-nut-oats into a bowl, add dried fruits, flour, eggs and sugar. Thoroughly mix. Let the mass swell for 20 minutes.

The dough turns out to be sufficiently sticky, so we form the biscuits with wet hands and lay them on a baking tray (naturally, oiled or pasted with baking paper). Bake at 180 degrees C until brown (about 15 minutes).

Note that cookies from nuts are quite caloric, so do not get too carried away.
