To prepare the classic strawberry crociata, take a softened butter and thoroughly rub it with sugar. Then add the egg, throw the vanilla extract and whisk until smooth. Next, gradually introduce flour, knead the dough, collect it into a ball, wrap it in a food bag and remove it for an hour in the fridge.

This time, we heat the milk in the saucepan, but do not boil it. Whisk the yolks with sugar, pour in flour, cinnamon and pour a thin stream of warm milk. Stir until homogeneity and return it to the fire. Constantly stirring, bring the mass to a boil and wait until the cream thickens. Then remove it from the plate and leave to cool. We sprinkle the baking dish, distribute the dough evenly, form the sides and send it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes. After this, the cake is cooled and filled evenly with custard. We decorate with strawberry berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Both kinds of flour are combined in a bowl, add the diced oil and crush everything into a crumb. Next, enter the yolks, throw the lemon zest and knead the dough. Form the ball and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. To prepare the cream, egg yolks are rubbed with sugar, we pour in the milk, with starch dissolved in it. We put the mass on the fire and cook the cream until it thickens. After that, pour in the flour, lemon zest and chill. We roll the dough into a layer, put it into a mold, form the sides and bake for 15 minutes. Then sand base we cover with a cream, we decorate from above with a strawberry and we sprinkle almond petals.
