In fact, if you do not particularly pick and choose, you can cook your favorite treat and at home in the oven. Of course, there will not be that most inviting spirit of nature and aroma of haze, but the taste nevertheless turns out worthy. Very rarely this shish kebab is prepared without marinade. Our dish, which we will cook in the oven, is not an exception. For marinating, we cut the pork necks into slices of about five centimeters in size and stack them in a suitable vessel. Then we send the peeled and chopped bulbs and the finely chopped leaves of basil and add the juice of one medium lemon. We add salt to the taste, we savor freshly ground black pepper and spicy aromatic spices for shish kebab and lay the classic mayonnaise. Carefully mix the meat slices with the ingredients of the marinade and leave to soak for at least two hours at room conditions or eight hours on the shelf of the refrigerator.

Shortly before cooking shish kebab in the oven, soak the wooden skewers in cold water. Thus, it will be possible to avoid their burning during the frying of meat.

After about ten minutes, when the onion is cooled and marinated, drain the liquid, and place the onion rings in a continuous layer in a baking sleeve located on a baking tray. We put pork slices on the received onion pillow, tie the edges of the sleeve and send it to a hot oven to bake. After about an hour of shish kebab at a temperature of 220 degrees, we remove it from the oven, shift it along with the onion to a dish and can serve.

After that we string the pieces of pork on wooden skewers, alternating with bacon, we place them vertically in three-liter cans, laying onions in the bottom of the marinade and covering the dishes with foil.

Place the glass containers with billets in a cold oven and adjust it to a temperature of 200 degrees. After about an hour of cooking, the shish kebab will be ready. Turn off the oven, open the door and let the shish kebab in the jars cool down a bit, before getting them out for filing. If you take out the cans right away, they can burst because of the temperature drop.
