Vegetables must reach half cooked. Now return the fried beef, pour all the beef broth and water, add thyme and paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and lavra leaf. Cover and cook the soup for an hour. Now pour the rice and continue cooking for another 45 minutes. After a while, the potatoes will boil and the soup will become thick, but if you prefer that the vegetables keep their shape - add them simultaneously with rice.

Rice soup with beef and peas

Frying pan covered with vegetable oil and proceed to the passering of vegetables: chopped onions and grated carrots. Once the vegetables have reached half cooked, add tomato paste, a little beef broth and mix them. We simmer the vegetables for about 5 minutes, and then transfer it to a deeper container and fill it with broth. Beef is also fried, pre-cut into cubes, until it grabs a light golden crust. The roasted meat is put into the broth at the same time as the diced potatoes. We put the bay leaf and cook the soup under the lid for 10 minutes. Add the previously rinsed rice grains to the pan and continue cooking until it is completely ready. At the last moment, we fall asleep with peas and we remove the dish from the fire so that it does not boil. Before serving, the soup should be infused for about 10-15 minutes.

Rice soup with beef can be made in a multivariate. First fry the meat and vegetables with tomato paste in the bowl of the device using the "Fry" or "Baking" mode, and then pour all the broth, add the rice and cook with Soup for 1 hour.

Rice soup from beef and green beans
