  1. Potato starch. They pour their feet in places of increased sweating.
  2. Salt solution (1 teaspoon of salt for 1 glass of water). It is necessary for rinsing your feet twice a day.
  3. Oak bark powder. This substance is poured into the socks that you wear. Change socks need daily.
  4. Birch leaves. Leaves are placed between the toes, changing them twice a day. The legs should be dry and clean.
  5. Infusion celandine (200 g of grass for 2 liters of boiling water). With this infusion, foot baths are made.
