Funchoza with vegetables and mushrooms
Ingredients:
- fachoza - 250 g;
- canned cut mushrooms - 200 g;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- fresh greens - if desired;
- spice.
Preparation
To prepare a salad with fungi and mushrooms, we prepare all the ingredients first. To do this, we clean the bulb, wash it and shred the semicircles. Carrots are cleaned and rubbed on a special grater. Garlic we pass through the press. Then put on the stove pan, pour the oil and warm it. After that, we spread the onions and stirring occasionally, we pass it to the transparency.
Then add the mushrooms, fry for 5 minutes and spread the carrots, sliced Bulgarian pepper. Stew the vegetables for 5 minutes on a weak fire and at the very end we throw garlic, pour in soy sauce , season with spices, mix and remove from heat. Simultaneously with the preparation of vegetables boil in a large pan fuczozu, putting it in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then throw the noodles into a colander, rinse and transfer to a pan with vegetables and mushrooms. Thoroughly mix everything, lay out the fungicle with mushrooms in a salad bowl and serve the dish on the table, decorating with fresh herbs.
Funchoza with mushrooms and chicken
Ingredients:
- thin rice noodles - 100 g;
- royal mushrooms - 6 pcs .;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- chicken breast - 0,5 pcs .;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- leek;
- hot red pepper - 0,5 pcs .;
- cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs .;
- sauce "Yakitori" - 1 sachet;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- sesame oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sweet ground paprika, sesame, spices.
Preparation
Let's consider with you how to prepare a fungus with mushrooms. So, the Bulgarian pepper is processed, washed and cut into thin strips. The bulb is cleaned, shredded by half rings and fried quickly on a hot frying pan in vegetable oil. Then spread the mushrooms, cut into small plates. Next we add to the roasting crushed cherry tomatoes, leek and Bulgarian pepper.
Fry all vegetables, just 2 minutes, and then lay out the chicken, sliced thin slices, throw the finely chopped hot pepper, sesame, salt to taste and mix thoroughly. In parallel with this, we boil the fungus in boiling water, discard it in a colander, rinse it with cold water and transfer it to vegetables. Ingredients:
- fuchoza - 300 g;
- royal mushrooms - 100 g;
- shrimp - 200 g;
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Sliced royal mushrooms fry on vegetable oil until golden brown. Shrimp we clean and add to the mushrooms. Season all with spices, pour until the middle of the water, pour in soy sauce and stew for about 5 minutes.
