In addition, it is possible to regulate the amount of sugar used to prepare them, thereby reducing or increasing the caloric content of the product.
Slices with apples from puff pastry - recipe
Ingredients:
- dough flaky - 490 g;
- apples - 425 g;
- lemon juice - 15 ml;
- granulated sugar - to taste;
- butter - 55 g;
- potato starch - 30 g;
- cinnamon or vanilla sugar - to taste;
- raisins (optional) - to taste;
- egg - 1 piece;
- flour.
Preparation
Ready puff pastry is completely defrosted, a little rolling it on a table, torn with flour, and cut into squares, using a sharp knife or a knife for pizza.
We wash the washed apples dry, remove them from the core and skins and cut them into cubes and let them in butter in a skillet or in a saucepan. Add sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon or vanilla sugar to taste, and let stand gently until soft, stirring. If desired, add a little steamed in hot water raisins. Ingredients:

- powdered sugar - to taste.
Preparation
Apples are washed, wiped dry, cut into four parts and carefully removed the core. Then cut them into slices two millimeters thick. A glass of water is heated to a boil, dissolve the sugar in it and immerse the prepared segments of apples. Boil two or three minutes and drain the liquid. As a result we get flexible apple slices.
The dough is rolled into a layer one and a half centimeters thick and cut into long strips three centimeters wide.
