This is achieved by a sufficiently long blending (at least ten minutes) with periodic hands lubrication of the palms. We leave the floury elastic for an hour in the heat for lifting.

At this time, just prepare the filling for pizza. In this case, we have a real classic - chicken with mushrooms and cheese. Chop the chicken fillets with small slabs and put them into the frying pan heated without oil. After the meat blushes on a strong heat, add the finely chopped onion if desired and fry until it is soft, stirring. Do not forget to add salt and pepper in the process of frying. We spread the chicken with onions on a plate, and in the same pan we also fry the mushrooms fried with plates.
