Bridget Macron recently became the first lady, but managed to attract the attention of the world's media. The thing is that the elegant and smart 64-year-old blonde is older than her husband-president for as long as 25 years, and, especially spicy, she was his schoolteacher. More than 20 years ago, 15-year-old Makron fell in love with a teacher of literature, whose daughter was his classmate. For a long time he literally pursued Bridget and finally got his way. In 2007, their wedding took place, and for the past decade they have been together. There are no common children for the couple, but Makron gets along well with Bridget's grandsons.
Bridget has not yet proved herself to be the first lady, but one can confidently say that she is a faithful friend and companion of her husband.
Valerie Trierwaler (born in 1965)
The companion of President Hollande, journalist Valerie Trierwiler, went down in history as the most scandalous first lady of France. Despite the fact that she was an unofficial wife of Hollande (popularly referred to as the "first gerlfrend"), she was given her own cabinet at the Elysee Palace.

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy (born in 1967)
Carla Bruni-Sarkozy - the most famous first lady of France. Her biography is atypical for the president's wife. Prior to meeting Karl's president, she was a model known for her many amorous adventures.
One of the rivals called her "female mantis with the face of Terminator", and she said that she was bored with monogamy. After marrying Sarkozy, Bruni became an icon of style and was constantly in the focus of media attention. At the same time, she did not consider herself a political figure and was more the inspirer of her husband than his adviser.
Cecilia Sarkozy (born in 1957)
The history of Cecilia and her future French President Sarkozy is very unusual. In 1984, a young woman married a TV presenter Jacques Martin. The solemn ceremony of the wedding was led by the then Mayor of Neuilly-sur-Seine Nicolas Sarkozy. From the first glance the married mayor fell in love with the bride, who, by the way, was about to give birth.
For four years, Sarkozy took care of Cecilia, and eventually she went to him from her husband, and in 1996, after Sarkozy's divorce with his first wife, their wedding was held.
In 2007, Nicolas Sarkozy was elected president of France, and Cecilia, respectively, became the first lady. Bernadette Chirac (born in 1933)
Bernadette Chirac is a professional politician. She studied at the Academy of Political Studies, where she met her husband and future French President Jacques Chirac. Becoming First Lady, Bernadette took an active part in the political life of the country and was an unofficial adviser to her husband. In a joke, Chirac called his wife "turtle" because of the difference in their temperaments: Bernadette did everything slowly and carefully.
Daniel Mitterrand (1924 - 2011)
With her future husband, Daniel met in 1944 and fell in love at first sight. Very soon their wedding took place, but the marriage was unhappy. Mitterrand turned out to be a notorious ladies' man and constantly cheated on his wife. In addition, he started a second family, maintaining a long-standing relationship with his mistress Anna Pinzhe, who gave birth to his daughter.
