We beat the soup with a hand blender, but not until homogeneity to preserve the texture. Add the lemon juice and turn off the stove. Ready soup spilled on plates and served, sprinkled with chopped meat.

The same dish can be prepared in a thick-walled combine for slow cooking ("slow cook'ere") or multivark.
