Love for the land on which he was born, the child learns from his parents, as well as, the older generation. When children grow older, information and visual aids for learning become more complex, with a deep meaning. Children of middle and senior groups are offered the symbolism of the state, of which they are citizens, they tell about the foundation of their native city. Ethnic minorities study their own history, not forgetting about the state.

The patriotic corner in the preparatory group is supplemented with portraits of the first persons of the state, symbols of the country that children of this age should already know, as well as national costumes and attributes.

1. In a child's preschool institution, it is not necessary that the flag of the country be of a standard type. Children will be more interesting when this attribute of the state attracts attention by its unusualness, preserving the order of colors.
2. For our non-standard flag will need small florets of three shades - white, blue and red. Usually such are sold in departments with different decorative embellishments of sewing. To work will require a rigid foundation - a dense cardboard or plywood. So that the color of the base does not shine through the flowers, it can be painted with gouache of a suitable shade.
3. With the help of PVA glue we place flowers on the corresponding color. If the flowers are single, then for splendor they can be glued on several pieces one on one.
4. If the petals go overlapping one on another, there's nothing to worry about - the border between the colors of the flag can be slightly blurred.
