New Year's deer

There comes a new year, the main attribute of which is usually considered a Christmas tree, decorated with garlands, balls, tinsel. And every year we want the herringbone to look different. New Year's toys on the Christmas tree can not only be bought in the store, but also made with their own hands from various items, for example, from light bulbs , yarn, plastic bottles and so on.

In this master class we will learn how to sew a fur-tree toy - a deer of felt with our own hands.

List of required materials:

• Feather 1 mm wide red, brown and flesh-colored;
• sintepon;
• white sheet of paper;
• pencil;
• scissors;
• needle;
• thread red and black mulberry;
• 2 beads of black color;
• sequins of red color on a string of 0,5 meters;
• silicone adhesive.

Performance:

1. We'll start the master class with creating a pattern for the future toy. We take a sheet of paper and draw a pattern of the details of the future fawn deer, namely: head, horns and nose.
2. We transfer the pattern to the felt with a simple pencil and cut out the details of the future toy: the head part is made of flesh-colored felt in the amount of 2 pieces, the horns are of brown felt one piece each (left and right), the nose is made of red felt in the quantity of 1 piece.
3. With the suture seam threads of a red mulina in one thread, we sew the nose part to the head part. With a simple pencil draw a smile on the muzzle of a deer.
4. Now thread the red mulina in 2 threads with the back of the needle and sew the deer's smile along the line in the pencil. It should look like this.
5. Black threads of a mulina in one thread sew beads to the muzzle of a deer, thus forming its eyes.
6. Next, you need to sew the remaining parts. To do this, we sweep the horns of the deer between two parts of the head so that they do not move anywhere. With the red thread of the mulina threaded in two strands, we connect two parts of the deer head to each other. When we sew the horns of a deer to his head, the thread, attached with a suture, must be pulled out.
7. At this stage, the head of the deer should be filled with a sintepon, then sew the toy to the end with a seam suture. To the horns of the deer, with silicone glue, we paste four sequins together to give it a more festive look.
8. We proceed to the last stage of creating a New Year's toy. To do this, from the thread of the sequins, we form a loop and with a secret seam attach it to the head of a deer, between its horns.
9. Here is a Christmas tree toy - a deer of felt - we did it.
