Mushrooms cut into cubes and spread to ready-made meat. Tush meat with mushrooms for another 20-30 minutes, or until the liquid stops covering the meat completely. The flour is diluted with water and poured into our filling. We wait until the sauce thickens and we remove the dish from the fire.

Parsley and garlic are crushed together with a knife. In a frying pan, we warm up the olive oil, mushrooms are cut into plates and fry them. As soon as the excess moisture leaves the frying pan, add salt, pepper and thyme with basil. Roasting mushrooms will take 7-8 minutes, we need to achieve a uniform golden color. Once the mushrooms have acquired the desired shade, we add to them parsley with garlic and butter. The oil will make our cream filling, and the greens and garlic will give an intense flavor.
