For this recipe, it is better to use boiled condensed milk, which will complement the taste of muffins with a light caramel shade.

Ingredients:

Preparation

Pour the apple cider vinegar to the milk and leave everything to curdle. Alternatively, you can use low-fat kefir. Mix the top three ingredients together. Melt the butter and mix with the condensed milk, then pour in the curdled milk. Pour in a mixture of dry ingredients and repeat the kneading until you get the dough of the desired consistency. Distribute the dough between the mold cells and send everything to the oven for 25 minutes (180 degrees).
