Starting from the kindergarten, parents begin to prepare the necessary documents for admission to the first grade. Among the list of documents there is necessarily a certificate of the state of health of children before the school, for which it is necessary to undergo a physical examination that is very similar to that which takes place before entering the kindergarten .
Where can I go to the medical board to school?
A medical examination for enrolling a child in grade 1 of the school at the request of the parents can be done: free of charge in the clinic to which the child belongs, or at a selected private clinic.
How do I start a medical school for admission to school?
To begin with, you should pick up your medical card in the kindergarten (always with the vaccination card) and visit your pediatrician who, after a general examination of the child, will give you directions for testing and write a list of narrow specialists who need to undergo an examination and receive a report.
In Ukraine, starting from 2010, the obligatory passage of Roufie's test was introduced, which determines the group of child's health for classes in physical education classes. The form for its passage is usually issued at school, but is filled in the clinic at the end of the physical examination, after performing simple physical exercises and counting the pulse.
Necessary tests:
- general blood analysis;
- feces on eggs of worms;
- general urine analysis.
If a child is registered with any specialist, then all the necessary tests will have to be done to confirm or remove the diagnosis.

- oculist - to correctly determine the distance from the desk to the board;
- dentist - identification of caries and timely treatment;
- ENT-doctor - a condition of a nasopharynx and hearing;
- cardiologist - the ability to withstand emotional and physical stress;
- neurologist - checking the child's mental state;
- gynecologist - for girls.
In addition to the above-mentioned narrow specialists, it is compulsory before the school to visit a doctor whose child is on the register. Also, the list of specialists depends on the capabilities of the polyclinic, which doctors there are.
After visiting all the experts and analyzes written by the pediatrician, you should return to him to write an epicrisis and determine the health group.
Do not strongly resist the passage of medical examination in front of the school, because it helps to identify diseases at an early stage or track the dynamics of your child's overall health, as now preventive examinations of children are held annually.
