Potatoes are boiled and wiped through a sieve. In the potato we add raw eggs, hot milk, salt, melted butter. We mix everything thoroughly. In a greased oil spread half the potato mass, on top of the meat, then the remains of potatoes. Lubricate the top with an egg and bake in the oven until ready for 20-25 minutes.
