Even without sterilization, such grapes will stay on the shelf of your refrigerator for about two months, all thanks to the original marinade based on white wine. The acid and alcohol contained in wine and grapes will act as natural preservatives.

Before preparing the preparation, prepare the dishes in which the berries will be pickled. Such dishes should be made of food plastic, glass, or covered with enamel. Fill the chosen dishes with wine and sprinkle sugar. Stir everything until the crystals dissolve. Put pre-washed berries in a marinade and add everything with lemon zest. Pour the workpiece into scalded jars and cover with scalded lids.

Before pickling grapes for the winter, make sure that the berries are well washed. Since the surface of the grape is rich in wild yeast, inadequate cleaning will result in the marinaded preforms exploding.

Prepare the grapes, distribute it on a well washed and pre-sterilized jars. Immediately pour the contents of the jars with vinegar marinade. The latter is prepared as follows: add vinegar to the enamelware, add water and spices from the list. When the liquid boils, it is removed from the fire and poured into jars.

In the saucepan, mix the wine vinegar with a glass of water, sugar, crushed garlic cloves, salt, chili and rosemary leaves. When the marinade boils, pour it into a jar pre-filled with grapes. Cover the jars with covers and leave to sterilize. The time of the last depends on the chosen method of sterilization and the volume of the cans themselves.
