- sugar - 225 g;
- vinegar - 570 ml.
Preparation
We divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. We cut tomatoes into quarters. We clean and cut the onions and cucumber with semicircles. Vegetables are laid in layers, sprinkling with salt each of them. Top with all the cold water so that to cover, and leave the vegetables to marinate during the night. - cauliflower - 1/2 head;
- beet - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 3-4 cloves;
- water - 2 items;
- vinegar - 1/4 of the item;

- salt - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- bay leaf - 1 piece;
- black pepper peas - 3-4 pcs.
Preparation
In the jar we put peppercorns, a couple of bay leaves and cloves of garlic. Beetroot is cleaned and cut into thin plates, we divide cauliflower into small inflorescences, and then we also lay vegetables in a jar.
