Recall that recently, ex-guard star Michael Anello accused Cary of sexual harassment, as well as of humiliation of human dignity, backing his resounding statement with a lawsuit. As compensation, Anello demanded a considerable sum of money and public apologies.
Wait for the storm
The pop diva was clearly not ready for such an unpleasant course of events and was ill with the flu, followed by a more serious diagnosis - upper respiratory tract infection. However, according to doctors, Carey could well undergo treatment at home, as it often happens in such cases. But the singer decided not to joke with health and go to the clinic for the full treatment and rehabilitation period.
And the evil-doers and envious persons, meanwhile, put forward their own version of what was happening, accusing Mariah Carey of the simulation. Ill-wishers believe that the star has escaped for some time behind the hospital walls in order to give time to its lawyers to fully understand the situation and thoroughly prepare for the upcoming process, which promises many difficulties.
The insulted guard had already refused the proposed compensation announced by the singer right after the prosecution, considering the amount insufficient to compensate for the damage caused.
