For syrup in 80 ml of water, pour sugar and heat it over low heat until it dissolves completely. After that, we increase the fire and let the syrup boil. Whisk the yolks and, without stopping the whipping process, pour a thin trickle into the syrup. Whisk until the mixture cools. In the remaining water, we grow gelatin. Philadelphia cheese is mixed with lemon juice and zest, grated on a melon grater. Whisk until smooth. Then add gelatin and again beat well. Mix the cheese mass with the yolks. In a separate bowl, whip cream until soft air peaks. We add them to the main mass and carefully move them from bottom to top. Now we remove the frozen cake from the refrigerator, pour the prepared mixture onto it, cover it with a film and put the cheesecake with the lemon in the refrigerator.

To make a baked lemon cheesecake with mascarpone, cook the biscuit to the state of crumbs, pour in melted butter, add cinnamon and mix. The resulting mass is carefully distributed on the bottom and on stenochkam detachable form and clean in the refrigerator. Cheese mascarpone whisked with sour cream, add eggs and gradually pour vanillin, sugar, grated zest and pour in lemon juice. The resulting filling is poured into a mold and evenly distributed. Now the shape is wrapped around the foil and put it in a container that is larger in diameter than the shape. The tank should have water, and it should reach approximately the middle of the mold. Straight and put in the oven. At 160 degrees, the lemon cheesecake with mascarpone is baked for 55-60 minutes. After that let him cool down, put in the refrigerator at least an hour for 5, and only then start to enjoy this incredibly tasty dessert. You can also pour the cheesecake on top with lemon jelly.
