Shrimp should be thawed in cold water and thrown back to the colander for 5 minutes. When the water drains, cook the shrimp within minutes 3-5 (the color becomes more intense and deep, almost red), clean and then you can compose with them any complex compound dishes.

According to the European and Mediterranean traditions, before preparing salads and other dishes, peeled and boiled shrimps should be well marinated for 20-30 minutes in a sauce of olive oil and balsamic grape vinegar (2: 1) with garlic, red pepper and fragrant herbs (rosemary, basil, thyme, oregano, parsley). With such preliminary marinating, shrimps will acquire an exquisite taste and aroma. Ready meals with shrimp are served with light wines.

Warm up the sesame oil in a frying pan (preferably not in a wok, but with a flat bottom) and fry the shrimps (right in the shell) together with a spicy, or sweet pepper, garlic, lemon sorghum and other aromatic herbs in the Far Eastern style. Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice. Season with soy sauce. We serve, of course, with rice and rice wine.
