Someone considers this a freedom of expression, someone - a way to relax, and someone - a challenge to society. Anyway, today nudism is not considered any deviation, and even countries where it is officially banned can be counted on the fingers. We'll talk about a fairly innocuous phenomenon, even for our mentality, like home nudism.
Many of us, without knowing it, are nudists, if they like to take home air baths. Undressing completely, we automatically begin to "bore", even within our own apartment. After all, nudism does not mean necessarily being naked in public. But what in this case sets you apart from a real nudist?
The philosophy of nudism is that a person accepts himself and others, he feels comfortable enough in his body not to be afraid to be naked in front of the people around him. Nudists like to be in the company of their own kind, not because they like to expose themselves, but because they are comfortable with those who share their philosophy. Nudists are gathered, as a rule, in specially designated places for this purpose, or where, in principle, it is not crowded.

But back to home nudism. If a person likes to walk naked around the apartment, then there is nothing forbidden. Today even there are hotels where only the staff are wearing clothes. If you are accustomed to walking naked around the apartment and decided not to hide from small children, it is unlikely that they will shock the sight of a bare body. Family nudism with children is very common among those who feel comfortable without clothes. Children perceive nudity as something natural and do not even think that it can be indecent. But if the child for some reason refuses to go naked in front of you (most often it happens, if you decide to introduce an older child to the culture of nudism), do not make him share your views. You can talk to him to explain your point of view, however, respect his worldview. If necessary, he will come to home, or just nudism himself.

Pros and cons of home nudism
Pros:
- if you feel comfortable without clothes, but you can not decide on such a promenade in a crowded place. Home nudism, from the point of view of the majority, is a harmless phenomenon;
- taking air baths is good for health;
- Undressing at home, you get the opportunity to be liberated and accept your body. Many women are so obsessed with some flaws that they are embarrassed to consider their body in the mirror. Home nudism smooth out negative impressions, you will get used to the idea that a naked body is not shameful.
Minuses:
- if your relatives (parents, husband, children) are against domestic nudism, then walking naked around the apartment can become a source of quarrels;
- doing, for example, cooking, you risk getting an injury or burned. Splashes of hot oil, accidentally spilled tea - all this
less painful if your skin is protected by any layer of tissue; - any hardening should be dosed. And, besides, you need to carefully monitor the cleanliness of the house so as not to get an unpleasant infection. Needless to say, that to intimate hygiene must be treated very responsibly.
If you are in doubt: to try or not home nudism, then the answer is simple - try it. In the end, this can be a short-lived experiment, while no one is home. Where else, if not in your own apartment, indulge like the vagaries of a woman's soul.
