We cover jars with a preparation by metal covers and we have capacities in a vessel with boiling water. We sterilize the string bean in tomato for forty-five minutes, then we seal the lids, turn the vessels upside down, wrap them and leave them for slow cooling and self-sterilization.

To prepare a salad with tomato and beans for the winter, initially with washed tomatoes, we remove the skins, lowering the fruits for a few seconds in a steep boiling water, and then into ice water. We cut tomatoes into several pieces, after which we rotate them through a meat grinder and place it in a pan or a saucepan. We add salt, sugar, vegetable oil without flavor and vinegar to the tomato mass, squeezed the garlic, disassembled into chives, and let the mass boil with periodic stirring and boil for twenty minutes.

During this time my beans are pod and peppers are sweet Bulgarian. The latter get rid of the pedicels along with the seed boxes and cut into strips or squares. We also cut off all the unnecessary beans from the beans, and cut the pods into several parts. We spread the prepared pepper and beans into the boiled tomato and after repeated boiling we cook the stock for about thirty minutes.

While the beans are cooked, prepare the tomato base. Fresh tomatoes, dip into a steep boiling water for a few seconds, and then into the icy water, after which it is easy to remove the skins, and the pulp is ground in a blender or a meat grinder. Add a pepper of chili pepper, sugar, salt of stone, pea of ​​two kinds of peppers and laurel leaves, cook for twenty minutes, then put the boiled beans and continue cooking for another ten minutes.

When ready, we spread boiling beans with tomato according to previously prepared sterile jars, we seal them with lids, turn them upside down and wrap them up properly for a day for slow cooling and self-sterilization.
