Hair curling

In pursuit of fashion trends and in the process of constant image change, women often overlook the condition of ringlets. Therefore, as a result, the strands become dull, brittle, thin and severely damaged. Keratinizing the hair allows you to quickly restore their structure, significantly improve the appearance, and also for a long time straighten.

What is keratinizing?

The procedure is fairly simple and takes from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the degree of damage to the strands, their length:

  1. First, the hair is thoroughly washed with a special shampoo, which allows to remove absolutely all remnants of styling products, dust and dandruff. After that, the keratin solution containing highly concentrated lipids is applied to the curls (having retreated 1-1.5 cm from the root line).
  2. The master leaves the suspension for the selected time, after which it dries the hair with a hair dryer and pulls out with an iron .

Thanks to the thermal action of keratin, the hair shaft structure is securely fixed, as if sealing it on the surface.

It is advisable not to wash the strands immediately after the procedure, so that the lipid composition is completely absorbed. As a result, the curls become smooth and shiny, deeply moisturized and perfectly straight. The subsequent correction is required only after 3-5 months, as the roots grow.

Hair curling at home

To conduct this procedure alone, you must necessarily purchase a professional kit for keratinizing. It includes shampoo and a composition with concentrated proteins. In addition, it is important to have a hair dryer with ionization function, as well as iron, preferably with ceramic plates, capable of heating to a temperature of 200-240 degrees.

The procedure is completely analogous to the salon procedure. The next head wash should be performed 48 hours after keratinizing.
